Jay Sethi
Jay got his start in the highly competitive Washington D.C./Greater Virginia/Greater Maryland residential real estate markets. He made a name for himself as an established expert with 10 plus years of experience in this region, including four years running his own brokerage in Annandale, Virginia. In June 2012, Jay relocated to Orlando, Florida and pursued business brokerage with Sunbelt. After a stint as associate broker at Coldwell Banker in 2017, started his own residential brokerage, Sunrise Brokers in 2019.
Core Expertise: Jay specializes in sale, purchase and investments in residential and commercial real estate, and intermediary for sale-purchase of small businesses in Greater Orlando Metropolitan area.
For Residential Investors: Jay offers consultation to generate desired income from investment in single family, townhomes and multi-unit residential rental properties.
For Business Owners: Jay offers consultation in business and property valuation and intermediary for sale-purchase of small businesses.
Background: Prior to entering the Real Estate field, Jay had an impressive career as an IT Professional. He also served in the Military for several years as an Officer in the Corps of Engineers of the Indian Army.
Education: In addition to formal real estate courses, Jay has a BS in Civil Engineering and an AAS in Systems Analysis & Programming.
